Distribute Your Directory

Getting your directory into the hands of your members is simple with PTOffice.

In fact, we provide you with a few options! You can provide you members with a hard copy version, allow them to download their own copy, or provide them with an online searchable directory on your website.

Here's how:

Providing a downloadable version

1. Create your directory in the DIRECTORIES module.
2. Once created, add this item as a DOWNLOADABLE item to your online store created in the Store module and set your price accordingly.

 Providing a hard copy version

1. Create your directory in the DIRECTORIES module.
2. Once created, finish editing your directory in MS Word and then save the file as PDF
3. Either print this file as needed or send this file to a printer for mass publication

Providing an online searchable directory on your website

1. Organize your members into GROUPS
2. Add the Member Search Bar to the web page of your choosing
