User Log In Troubleshooting

User’s sometimes have problems when logging in or registering. Sometimes it’s due to user error (directions not being followed), but typically it is due to an incorrect username or password. On rare occasion, it’s because they’re confusing the PTOffice program login with a different school site login.

Additional Troubleshooting Items

  1. The administrator has set the “Require Directory Manager to unlock all new registrants.” check-box to checked. Solution: Go into the affected member’s profile from the Admin side and un-check the ‘Disable User Access’ check box.
  2. An administrator has purposely gone into a member’s profile and marked them as locked. Solution: Go into the affected member’s profile from the Admin side and un-check the ‘Disable User Access’ check box.
