Add or Remove Volunteers

Managing volunteers within PTOffice is an easy process. You can add, remove and check volunteers in or out in just a few simple steps.

Here's how to manage your volunteers:

  1. LOGIN to PTOffice
  2. Choose SIGN UPS from the hamburger menu in the upper-left hand corner
  3. Click on the three-dot menu option for a specific sign up and choose the MANAGE VOLUNTEERS menu option
  4. From here, you can either choose to "+ Add volunteer" or remove one from a specific task or slot.
  5. Choose CLOSE to exit the process.

Good to know: You can also export a report on all your current volunteers by clicking on the three-dot menu option next to the sign up desired and choosing either export to PDF or CSV (comma separated values) file formats.
