Opt-Out of Receiving Emails

Your contacts have the option to opt-out of receiving emails sent to groups that they may be a part of. They can choose to do so in their personal profile settings.

Here’s how a contact can opt-out of an email group distribution list:

  1. LOGIN to PTOffice
  2. On their profile page, expand the green EMAIL GROUPS panel on the right-hand side
  3.  UN-CHECK the email group they no longer wish to receive emails for
  4. Click SAVE CONTACT

Good to know: Whenever a contact is added to a GROUP in the CONTACTS module, they are added to that group's distribution email group and it will appear in the respective contact's profile page under the EMAIL GROUPS panel.
