PTOffice allows administrators to manage their contacts in a variety of ways. Functions such as editing contact information, re-sending receipts, or handling any restrictions can be done from the contact's profile page.
Here's how to edit a contact:
- LOGIN to PTOffice
- Choose CONTACTS from the hamburger menu in the upper-left hand corner
- Click on a specific contact to open their profile page
- Click SAVE CONTACT when you're done editing the contact
Good to know: Your contacts can access their own profile page by logging in after registering to your organization. They can either login via your website's LOGIN link or by going directly to https://tools.ptoffice.com.
