Limit Parents from Editing Child Grade and Classroom Prevent or allow parents

Most schools want to allow parents to edit their children's grades and classrooms when verifying their family information, but sometimes you need to limit that capability depending on the time of year.

Fortunately, PTOffice make this simple to achieve via the Classroom Settings functionality.

1. LOGIN to PTOffice
2. Choose CONTACTS from the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner
3. Click on the THREE DOTS next to the CLASSROOMS menu item
4. Choose Classroom Settings
5. Check the boxes as desired to allow/disallow parents the ability to modify their children's grades or classrooms.

If checked, parents will be able to modify their children's grades or classroom assignments.
