Cancel Your Account

Although we hate to see you go, we do understand that sometimes PTOffice might not be the best solution for your specific needs. As such, you can cancel your PTOffice subscription at any time.

Here's how to cancel you subscription:

1. LOGIN to your PTOffice account
2. Click on the hamburger menu located in the upper left-hand corner of the screen and choose the SETTINGS menu option
3. Click on the Manage Subscription panel
4. Check the REFUND POLICY check box and then click the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION link
5. Click YES on the warning panel that appears

NOTE: Your account will remain active for the remaining time left on your subscription. There are no partial refunds.
