Reset 'Paid' Membership to 'Unpaid'
Resetting the ‘PAID’ membership status for your members can be done very easily with PTOffice. Here’s how:
- LOGIN to PTOffice
- Choose CONTACTS from the hamburger menu in the upper left-hand corner
- Under the MORE left side menu, choose MANAGE MEMBERSHIP FEES
- Click on the three dot option for the fee you wish to reset and choose RESET ALL PAID MEMBERS
Good to know: Once this has been completed, all members who had previously paid this fee will now be marked as UNPAID and will lose all previous privileges they may have had from their previous payment.
